The Mantelli’s Biscuit Factory nestles in a picturesque valley beneath the Constantiaberg Mountains close to Cape Town, South Africa.  Privately owned, Mantelli’s was established in 1988 with the sole objective of producing world class premium biscuits and cookies on the Market.

Mantelli’s employs dedicated teams of ladies who hand make each batch of biscuits using premium ingredients like pure butter.  To preserve freshness they have packed their Shortbread into separately sealed compartment allowing you to open them as and when required.

Their range also includes premium Shortbread, Coffee and Pecan Nut Rounds, Stem Ginger Rounds, Choc Chip and Hazelnut Rounds and Biscotti biscuits.  All Mantelli’s products are Kosher and Halal certified.

Cantucci (Biscotti)

Cantucci is the name given to the much loved and ever popular almond biscuit that was first made in the ancient medieval city of Prato which is situated in Tuscany.

Like rusks, cantucci are double baked which gives them a very firm texture and are best enjoyed when they are dipped into a cappuccino or a dessert wine such as Vin Santo.
